Former Students Who Wish to Re-enroll

Important information regarding re-enrollment

In order to be accepted re-enrolling students are required to

  1. Complete Exit Counseling (if you received Federal Direct Loans during your prior enrollment)

  2. Students who re-enroll after 180 days of termination must complete a new application, and pay the $25.00 application fee and $75.00 registration fee.

  3. Submit a 500-word essay and provide three 3rd party references

    • see below for essay details

  4. Attend an interview with the school board - after the school receives your essay.

  5. Take an assessment exam to determine information retained (case by case basis)

The challenge the school and instructors face when we re-enroll former students is needing to adjust the classroom curriculum to accommodate re-enrolling students who may have already completed certain chapters and segments of the program that new students are learning for the first time.

We understand this can be frustrating for re-enrolling students who only need certain chapters in order to graduate.

Because of this, each re-enrollment application will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and each re-enrolling student may be admitted at different times throughout the program outside of standard enrollment dates.

Please note, per Accreditation regulations, students who re-enroll within the 180-day window after their drop date return under their previous contract with their former attendance percentage. Students who re-enroll more than 180 days after their drop date return under a new contract with 100% attendance.
