Creative Hair School of Cosmetology breaks down the CoA for two categories of student in each program:

All Others
Every school’s CoA will be different. The CoA generally serves as an upper limit for a student’s financial aid - you may receive less the the full CoA in financial aid, but you won’t get more!
Direct Costs/Contract Charges
Direct costs (or contract charges) are the costs that Creative Hair School of Cosmetology charges the student directly, like tuition. They are listed on the student’s Enrollment Agreement:

Student Loan Fees (not listed)
Monthly Food & Housing, Transportation, and Personal costs are determined by an annual survey of students. Dependent care and disability costs are determined as part of a Professional Judgement on a case-by-case basis. Student Loan Fees are determined by the U.S. Department of Education, and are a percentage of the total loan amount a student borrows.
